Due to the obvious laws and regulations surrounding firearms it is understood that MYRTBA its owners, administrators and employees do not participate in whole or in part in the purchase and selling of firearms on behalf of MYRTBA. Owners, administrators and employees may sell, buy or trade as individual firearm owners and are not representing MYRTBA as an organization under any circumstances. It is understood this website is simply an open forum for private gun enthusiasts to post their own products. It is understood that MYRTBA is a strong advocate for the 2nd amendment that protects our rights as Americans to legally own firearms. MYRTBA its owners, administrators and employees do not assume responsibility in whole or in part to enforce the laws and regulations of any state or government. The responsibility of the individual members to follow and abide by the laws of the federal government, state, county, city or jurisdiction they live in rests solely on the members individually. It is also known and agreed the individual members are solely responsible for following all government and local laws concerning the purchase and sale of firearms. It is hereby agreed individuals selling firearms assume all risk and have taken proper steps to ensure the sale, purchase and or trade of firearms and accessory transactions are handled in a lawful manner and hold MYRTBA its owners, administrators and employees harmless and void of responsibility for transactions being handled lawfully.

It is understood MYRTBA  its owners, administrators and employees are not affiliated with any group, militia, terrorist organizations or the like and do not condone or support such organizations. MYRTBA its Owner, administrators and employees cannot be held responsible for the use of firearms committed in crimes or militant actions of any sort.

Terms of use: 

1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. I understand that   MYRTBA DOES NOT become involved in transactions between parties and does not certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal capacity of any party to transact.
3. I am responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, any applicable Presidential Executive Orders, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
4. I will not use   MYRTBA website for any illegal purpose.
5. If I am at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
6. I will help to ensure the overall openness and accessibility of the site to all users through a peer-review process. I understand that failure to adhere to proper internet protocol and etiquette may result in removal of my listings or more severe corrective action.
7. MYRTBA may edit or remove information, including my listings, from the site without notice.
8. If I violate these terms,   MYRTBA may permanently remove me from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, avail itself of such remedies as are prescribed by law. Whilst   MYRTBA ABSOLUTELY BELIEVES AND CHAMPIONS "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms," MYRTBA will comply with federal, state, municipal, and tribal law enforcement entities pursuant to the Constitution of the United States and Due Process of Law.
9. I take responsibility for my actions whilst using MYRTBA website. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of MYRTBA website. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions.
10. I indemnify and hold harmless MYRTBA and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of MYRTBA , including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.
11. MYRTBA may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a user, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions.
